1. Regular blood sugar checkup is necessary
The first way to control any problem related to diabetes is to control the blood sugar level. For which regular testing is very important, so that you can know how effectively each of your cells is functioning. Along with getting tested daily, take special care of your diet, as well as remain physically active, so that there is no blood sugar spike.
2. Keep the skin completely moisturized
If you have diabetes, then the problem of skin dryness becomes common in this condition. Especially those whose skin is already dry, may have more trouble. After bathing, apply a light moisturizer on the skin. This helps your skin to stay moisturized throughout the day. Choose a moisturizer according to your skin and always keep it with you, so that you can apply it immediately when you feel dryness.
3. Try to avoid cuts and bruises
If you want to keep your skin healthy, do not let it get hurt. In case of diabetes, if your skin gets cut or peeled, it can take a long time to heal. If the skin gets infected, it can cause a big problem. In such a situation, you have to be careful yourself, try to stay safe while participating in any physical activity or doing household chores.

4. Avoid using chemical used products

5. Do not ignore intimate skin and foot skin
In case of diabetes, there is a high possibility of infection in your toes and fingers, to avoid which take special care of your feet. Blood circulation slows down in diabetes, due to which your skin becomes more sensitive to infection.
Apart from this, there is a risk of the skin of the intimate area getting affected. Women suffering from diabetes often face itching, rashes, frequent infections in the intimate area. To avoid this, clean your vaginal skin twice a day. Also, consume foods rich in probiotics and do not use any scented hygiene products for cleaning.
